建设“环首都经济圈亚核心”是释放北京城市发展压力、加速填平京冀发展“经济鸿沟”的必然要求,是打造区域战略性资源整合平台、形成我国经济发展新“增长极”的重要战略举措.本文对环首都经济圈亚核心进行了科学界定,从城市规模和经济联系量等维度筛选出环首都经济圈的亚核心,并根据产业结构分布确定其发展定位,着重从区位优势、产业承接、联动发展等视域提出了发展路径.%Construction of the Beijing Capital Economic Circle is the key to reduce development pressure of Bejing and bridge the economic gap between Beijing and Hebei. What's more, it is also the important measure to create regional strategic resources integration platform, thus to construct a new "growth pole" of China's economic development. This paper defines the conception of sub-core capital economic circle, and selectes the sub-core of capital economic circle according to city scale and economic contact. The paper defines the development orientation according to its industrial structure distribution. Based on full account of its geographical advantages, industrial undertaking and the spread ability of radiation, this paper puts forward the development path of the sub-core Beijing capital economic circle.
