红河紫枣选育研究

         

摘要

从偶然芽变中选出的红河紫枣有较好的经济性状,经扩繁和对比试验,其抗病性、产量和质量综合评价优于当地主栽品种.文中阐述优株的发现、对比试验、抗病性比较等紫枣选育过程.果实品质测试分析结果,其单果重8.65 g,总糖含量12.83%,有机酸0.49%,可食率98.12%,维生素C含量2018.25 mg/kg.维生素C含量远高于一般品种380~600 mg/kg的水平.2012年经云南省林木品种审定委员会认定为枣树优良品种.文中还阐述了紫枣的生物学特性,以及园地选择、嫁接定植、栽后管理和病虫害防治等栽培技术要点.%By propagation and contrast test , Honghe purple ziziphus jujuba, selected from accidental bud mutation , surpassed local major varieties in disease resistance , yield and comprehensive evaluation of quality .This paper illustrated the breeding process of superior individuals selection , contrast test and dis-ease resistance comparison .The results of fruit quality test showed that the fruit weight 8.65 g with 12.83%sugar , 0.49% organic acids , 98.12% edible part and 2018.25 mg/kg vitamin C which was much higher than ordinary varieties with 380-600 mg/kg vitamin C .Honghe purple ziziphus jujuba was i-dentified as an excellent variety by the Yunnan Provincial Forest Variety Approval Committee in 2012 . This paper also elaborated the biological characteristics of Honghe purple ziziphus jujube , and its cultiva-tion techniques of garden selection , grafting, management and pest control .
