紫背天葵总黄酮分离纯化工艺的研究

         

摘要

This article was extracted by ethanol exterction of flavonoids in begonia fimbristipula, Begonia fimbristipula measurd by quantitative test of total flavonoids. Use of AB-8 macroporous resin flavonoids of Begonia fimbristipula static adsorption and dynamic desorption curve. And adsorption time were investigated , like the pH value and the adsorption temperature on the adsorption effect , the extraction of total flavonoids of Begonia fimbristipula separation and purification process , to determine the optimum process parameters for the adsorption time 8 h, sample liquid pH6, processing temperature of 25 ℃. Under these conditions, the adsorption rate of 52.2%sample solution , elution rate was 62.7%.%  采用乙醇浸提法提取紫背天葵中的黄酮类化合物,通过定量试验测得紫背天葵总黄酮的含量。再利用AB-8大孔吸附树脂研究紫背天葵总黄酮的静态吸附以及解吸附的动态曲线。并分别考察吸附时间、样液的pH以及吸附时的温度对吸附效果的影响,探讨紫背天葵总黄酮的提取分离纯化工艺,确定最佳工艺参数为吸附时间8h、样液pH6,处理温度25℃。该条件下,样品溶液吸附率为52.2%,洗脱率为62.7%。
