玉米芯复合酶法制备低聚木糖工艺的研究

     

摘要

Xylooligosaccharides (XOs) are the sugar oligomers produced from xylan hydrolysis. Corncob was hydrolyzed with compound enzyme to prepare xylooligosaccharides, Orthogonal array testing was adopted to determine the composition of compound enzyme. The addition amount of feruloyl esterases was 0.2%, xylanase was 0.6%, and laccase was 0.2%.The optimum hydrolysis conditions were as follow:hydrolysis time was 4 h, hydrolysis temperature was 50℃, solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20 (g∶mL). Under the condition and compound enzyme, the yield of XOs reached to 16.8 g/L, which increased by 64.7 %than single enzyme xylanase.%低聚木糖是水解木聚糖得到的一种功能性的木寡糖。以玉米芯为原料,利用复合酶制剂酶解玉米芯制备低聚木糖,对复合酶制剂的组成配比进行了正交试验确定复合酶制剂中阿魏酸酯酶、漆酶和木聚糖酶最佳配方分别是0.2%、0.3%和0.6%。添加复合酶制剂至料液比为1∶20(g∶mL),在最适温度为50℃,酶解4 h后,低聚木糖的含量达到16.8 g/L。与单一酶制剂木聚糖酶的作用相比,低聚木糖的含量提高了64.7%。
