天津市是全国发展农产品质量安全生产最早的省市之一，在天津市委、市政府与农业生产者、监管者的共同努力下，天津市食用农产品质量安全水平得到了大幅的提升，并处于全国先进行列。天津市食用农产品的质量依然面临农业生态环境、农业投入品污染；食用农产品生产环节监管有待细化；检测手段有待提升等问题。本文从加强农业生产产前控制，建立农产品信息化网络平台等方面提出了健全天津市农产品安全管理的对策。%Tianjin is one of the earliest provinces and cities in the development of agricultural products quality safety. Under the joint efforts of municipal party committee,municipal government and agricultural producers, regulators,edible agricultural products quality and safety level has been greatly promoted,and in the national advanced level. There are still many problem to be solved ,such as pollution of agricultural ecological environment and agricultural inputs; elaboration of Edible agricultural products production regulation , improvement of detection means. From strengthen control before agricultural production ,setting up agricultural information network platform,the measures has been puts forward to improve the Tianjin agricultural products safety managemen.
