The food supply chain is known as the"farm-to-table"in our country. With the development of times , people's material and cultural needs is growing. However,people's demand for food's richness and exquisitely design increased dramatically. At the same time,with the increase of the modern life rhythm,people prefer to intensively and finely products. The expansion for supply chain network brings a challenge to food safety regulation and control.
