In recent years,numerous data reveal the health benefits of L-theanine,including mental health, blood pressure lowing,etc. More importantly,the L-theanine mental health function,such as cognitive improv-ing,anxiety relieving,is proved by lots of clinical research. This article reviewed the health benefits of L-thea-nine,and introduced L-theanine applications.%近年来大量研究发现,茶氨酸具有促进精神健康和降血压等多项健康功效,特别是其提升认知水平、缓解焦虑和舒压等“精神健康”方面的功效得到了部分临床试验证实。本文重点介绍茶氨酸健康功效方面的研究进展,并结合国内外领域茶氨酸的研究使用情况,对其未来应用进行展望。
