夏枯草不同溶剂提取物抗氧化活性研究

摘要

The objective of this study was to explore the antioxidant activities of different solvent extracts of Prunella vulgaris Linn.. The Prunella vulgaris Linn. were extracted with distilled water,70%ethanol,ethanol, ethyl acetate and n-butanol,the antioxidant activity was investigated with V C as positive control. All the five ex-tracts exhibited antioxidant capacities. The extracts that extracted by 70%ethanol showed strong DPPH·,·OH clearing capacity and lipid peroxidation inhibiting,The extracts that extracted by distilled water showed higher O2-·clearing capacity .The content of total phenolics had a highly significant correlation with the DPPH·,·OH, O2-· clearance rate and lipid peroxidation inhibiting activity ,the content of flavonoids had a highly significant correlation with the O2-·clearance rate. The extracts that extracted by 70%ethanol and distilled water had real-itively higher antioxidant activity.%比较夏枯草不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性。分别以蒸馏水、70%乙醇、无水乙醇、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇为溶剂制备夏枯草提取物，以VC为阳性对照考察各溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性；结果表明夏枯草不同溶剂提取物均具有抗氧化活性，70%乙醇提取物具有较高的DPPH·、·OH清除活性和脂质体过氧化抑制活性，蒸馏水提取物O2-·清除活性最高。总酚含量与提取物DPPH·清除活性、·OH清除活性、O2-·清除活性、脂质体过氧化抑制活性相关性较高，黄酮含量与DPPH·清除活性相关性较高。夏枯草70%乙醇提取物和蒸馏水提取物抗氧化活性相对较高。
