微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定鸡蛋各组分中硒含量

         

摘要

A method for the determination of Se in component of egg by microwave digestion-hydride generation atom fluorescence spectrometry was established. The effects of various experimental conditions on the atomic fluorescence and the interference effects of various coexwasting ions were investigated and the content of selenium in the components of eggs was measured. The results showed that the standard curve of selenium was y=37349x-2.2817, the correlative coefficient of the calibration curve was 0.9999, detection limit of Se was 0.08μg/L. The RSD was 0.34%and recoveries of standard addition of the Se was proved to be 93.5%-107.8%in samples. The content of selenium content in nutritive eggs were more than the content of selenium in eggs. The content of selenium in the egg shell, the egg protein and the egg yolk was 0.267μg/g-0.330μg/g, 0.389μg/g-0.430μg/g and 1.723μg/g-1.850μg/g, respectively.%建立微波消解和原子荧光法测定鸡蛋各组成部分硒含量的方法.考察影响原子荧光的各种试验条件及各种共存离子的干扰影响并测定鸡蛋各组分中硒含量.结果表明:硒的标准曲线为y=37349x-2.2817,相关系数达到0.9999,检出限达到0.08μg/L,RSD为0.34%,加标回收率可达93.5%~107.8%.富硒鸡蛋中硒含量明显高于普通鸡蛋中的硒含量,蛋壳、蛋清和蛋黄中硒含量分别为0.267μg/g~0.330μg/g、0.389μg/g~0.430μg/g和1.723μg/g~1.850μg/g.
