槟榔是一种古老的中药材,具有多种生理活性,但长期咀嚼槟榔有害健康,制约了其发展.从槟榔的生理活性与危害控制进行综述,总结了槟榔生物碱、多酚等物质生理活性的研究进展,探讨了咀嚼槟榔的危害产生原因及控制措施,并对槟榔未来的加工研究方向作出了展望.%Betel nut is an ancient Chinese medicinal herb with many physiological activities.However,long-term chewing betel nuts is harmful to health,limited its development.In this paper,the physiological activities and hazards of betel nuts were introduced.The research progresses of the physiological activities of alkaloids and polyphenols in betel nuts were summarized.The causes and control measures of the harm of chewing betel nuts were discussed and the future research directions of betel nuts were prospected.
