地聚合物材料的增韧改性研究

         

摘要

On the basis of the mineral powder-sodium silicate system geopolymer,to solve the the easy shrinkage cracking,strong brittleness,dry shrinkage shortcomings by adding three kinds of materials,fly ash,basalt fiber and VAC/E redispersible latex powder,to toughening the geopolymer.The results show that the addition of the three materials can significantly improve the self shrinkage of the system,the toughness and crack resistance of the geopolymer system.In appropriate amount of admixrture,those thee kinds of materials can greatly improve the flexural strength of the polymer material,and reduce the ratio of compressive strength and the rate of dry shrinkage.%以矿粉-硅酸钠体系地聚合物为基础,针对体系易收缩开裂、脆性强、干缩率大的缺点,采用粉煤灰、玄武岩纤维、VAC/E可再分散乳胶粉三种材料对该体系地聚合物基体进行增韧改性研究.结果表明,三种材料的添加均能显著的改善体系的自收缩,提高地聚合物体系的韧性和抗裂能力.在适当的掺量下,粉煤灰、玄武岩纤维、VAC/E可再分散乳胶粉均能大幅度的提高地聚合物材料的抗折强度,降低体系的压折比和干缩率.
