铁观音茶叶不同制作过程物挥发性成分分析及其在卷烟中的应用

摘要

In order to explore the application effects of the Tieguanyin processed products in cigarette, the volatile components in products obtained from different processing steps namely yaoqing, shaqing andfinal products were analyzed by headspace gas chromatography, the differences and the changes of characteristic components between them were compared. When they were added in the cigarette, they could harmony smoke aroma, increase quantity of aroma, and improve the smoking quality of cigarette. Also they showed the respective function and performance.%为探索福建铁观音茶叶制作过程物在卷烟中的应用,采取顶空分析方法对铁观音茶制作过程中的摇青物、杀青物、成品茶叶原料进行挥发性成分分析,比较不同过程茶原料间的挥发性成分差异及特征组分的改变情况;探讨了不同铁观音茶叶制作过程物在卷烟中的应用效果,通过卷烟加香试验表明:不同阶段茶香提取物均能凸显茶香韵,与烟香协调,增加香气量与丰富性,提升抽吸品质,且不同阶段茶香提取物分别具有各自的特征作用.
