Under the condition of the same feeding weight, the experiment was carried on the feeding frequency of 3 times per day, 6 times per day and 8 times per day to the NH4+-N level and biofilter's removing ratio.The result shows that, with the increase of feeding frequency, although the coefficient of variation decreased from 14.9% to 0, the general average of NH4+ -N level in the culture water almost kept still.With the increase of feeding frequency, the NH4+-N removing ratio of biofilter increased significantly from 67.02% to 85.71% after feeding.Above all, 8 times per day feeding frequency makes the NH4+-N level of recirculating aquaculture water keep stiller, and NH4+-Nremoving ratio of biofilter grows higher.%研究在相同投喂量下,不同投喂频率(3,6,8次/d)对循环水养殖系统水体氨氮水平及生物滤器氨氮去除效率的影响.结果表明:随着投喂频率增高,养殖水体氨氮变异系数由14.9%逐渐减弱到0,但总体平均浓度基本保持稳定(P>0.05);投喂后,生物滤器氨氮去除效率由67.02%升高到85.71%(P<0.05).研究发现,采用8次/d投喂频率时,养殖水体氨氮浓度更稳定,生物滤器氨氮去除效率更高.
