矿热炉纵向无功电容补偿装置的参数选择和计算

摘要

It briefly introduces the basic circuit diagram of the former Soviet Union reactive capacitor compensation de-vice (УПК) for submerged-arc furnace, clarifies the technical principle and 16+2 main calculation formula on choosing related parameters of device, also offers the calculation table and attached figure acquired by transformer factory data and the voltage rises calculation method and steps of the input longitudinal compensation. Years УПК of production practice shows that the power factor can be normalized to 0.92 or even to 0.96.%简要介绍了引进前苏联矿热电炉无功电容补偿装置(УПК)的基本电路图，阐明其技术原理构成和装置相关参数选择的16+2个主要计算公式；还运用该电炉变压器测得的出厂数据给出计算表并附图，以及投入纵向补偿时的电压升计算方法和步骤。运行单位多年的投入УПК生产实践表明，功率因数可常态化获得0.92甚至达0.96的水平。
