2017年我国食用色素使用调查分析

     

摘要

In order to find out the use of edible pigment and provide the basis for the investigation of pigments,3 representa-tive supermarkets in FuLing were selected and a random sample of 117 foods were investigated for this study. 27 kinds of pig-ments were found among the samples,pigments appeared 86 times,in which natural pigments account for 39.5% and syn-thetic pigments account for 60.5%. Determine by investigation and analysis,we found that the edible pigment of the samples were meet the standard of GB 2760—2014. However,the use of synthetic pigments was frequently. In summary,we supposed that food enterprise should use more natural pigments for the health of consumers.%为了了解我国食用色素使用情况,为色素的相关调查或研究提供依据,在涪陵区内选择了3家有代表性的超市,随机抽样了117种食品进行调查.在117种食品中一共使用了27种色素,色素出现的次数达到86次,天然色素使用次数占39.5%,合成色素使用次数占60.5%.通过调查和分析判断,此次抽样的117种食品中的食用色素均为GB 2760—2014《食品安全国家标准食品添加剂使用标准》中允许使用的,但是样品中合成色素的使用率较高.建议食品企业在添加食用色素时尽量使用天然色素来代替合成色素.
