电子装备测试性试验与可靠性试验之间的关系分析

摘要

To meet the pressing needs of carrying out electronic equipment testability and reliability test, this paper gives the existing problems when implementing these tests, through analyzing the test methods and procedures. Aiming at these problems, this paper also proposes several ideas and advices, which have important guiding meaning to improve and perfect the test procedures.%为满足电子装备合理开展测试性试验与可靠性试验的迫切需求，通过分析现有试验的方法和实施流程，提出了电子装备测试性试验与可靠性试验存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出了一些想法和建议，对不断改进和完善试验过程具有重要指导意义。
