国家级贫困地区生态环境保护对策研究——以金秀县罗运村为例

党的十九大报告中强调指出,打赢防范化解重大风险、精准脱贫、污染防治三大攻坚战是大国攻坚,全面建成小康社会必须要跨越的关口.国家级贫困地区是精准脱贫的主战场,任务艰巨,时间紧迫,自然资源开发强度大,相关制度不完善,衍生了一些农村环境污染问题,解决好国家级贫困村的扶贫开发与生态环境保护的矛盾,对积极构建社会主义和谐社会,探索贫困地区生态环境保护新路径,具有重要的理论及指导意义.以国家级贫困村罗运村为研究对象,从生态环境保护的角度出发,为国家级贫困村的生态文明建设提出了相应的对策.%In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it was emphasized that win-ning, preventing and defusing major risks, targeted poverty alleviation and pollution control are the three tough battles. The key points for building a well-off society in an all-round way must be crossed. State poverty areas are the main battlefield for pre-cise poverty alleviation, with arduous tasks, pressing time, intensive exploitation of natural resources, imperfect related systems, resulting in some problems of rural environmental pollution, solving the contradiction between poverty alleviation and development and ecological environmental protection in State poverty villages, and actively building a socialist harmonious society, exploring new ways of ecological environment protection in poverty areas. The study has important theoretical and guiding significance. Tak-ing Luoyun, a poverty-stricken village at the national level, as the research object, and from the perspective of ecological envi-ronmental protection, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the construction of ecological civilization in the state poverty village.
