Using ASE ( acceleration solvent extraction) - GC - MS method determination Phthalate in soil, we obtain rangs of the quality control with 157 groups of the parallel sample, 12 groups of the duplication to test, 55 groups of the entire procedure blank, 122 groups of the recoveries of the blank and 80 groups of the recoveries of the sample, as well as the method detection limits are 8 ~ 26μg/kg.%用ASE(加速溶剂萃取)- GC - MS法测定土壤中酞酸酯类有机物,得到平行样品157组数据、重复性实验12组数据、全程序空白55组数据、空白加标122组数据、基体加标80组数据的质量控制指标的范围值,酞酸酯类有机物的检出限为8～26μg/kg.
