电镀工业基地废水集中处理设计实例

         

摘要

The wastewater discharged 3 000 m3/d from an electroplating industrial base in Qingyuan,Guangdong was treated by mixing treatment after split-flow pretreatment.The process units for treating cyanide-containing wastewater,Cr-containing wastewater,Ni-containing wastewater,mixed wastewater,pretreatment wastewater,multi-source wastewater,and sludge,as well as the technical and economic indexes of the process were introduced.The running results showed that the effluent meets the requirement of Table 2 in GB 21900-2008 Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating.%采用分流预处理再混合处理的方式处理广东清远某电镀工业基地3 000 m3/d的电镀废水.介绍了含氰废水、含铬废水、含镍废水、混排废水、前处理废水处综合废水、污泥等各处理工艺单元和技术经济指标.运行结果表明,用该方法处理电镀废水,其出水水质可达GB 21900-2008《电镀污染物排放标准》中表2的要求.
