高速PCB电源阻抗分析与抑制

摘要

电源系统的稳定性成为了当前高速PCB设计的重要指标，而电源系统阻抗的存在对电源系统稳定性的设计提出了挑战，如何较为有效地抑制电源系统阻抗，成为了当前研究的重点，该文在介绍如何选取去耦电容抑制电源系统阻抗的基础之上，通过谐振分析，重点研究了如何确定去耦电容合理化的摆放位置，以期最大化地抑制电源系统阻抗。%The stability of power system becomes an very important index in high speed PCB designing,but the power impedance brings a great chal enge to the stability of power system,how to control the power impedance becomes the emphasis of research,this text firstly introduce how to choose the decouping capacitor to control power impedance,then,according to the resonant mode analysis,focus on how to choose the effective location for decoupling capacitor,to control the power impedance optimal y.
