目的：对比观察自然分娩与无痛分娩。方法选取2014年1月～12月自然分娩产妇422例为自然分娩组，并选取同期自愿接受无痛分娩产妇68例为无痛分娩组。对比两组分娩结局。结果自然分娩组无痛率为35.55%，明显低于无痛分娩组的60.29%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；自然分娩组总产程为（416.95±183.64）h，无痛分娩组总产程为（536.29±188.29）h，自然分娩组产程时间短于无痛分娩组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；自然分娩组产后出血量、Apgar评分分别为（244.86±71.73）mL、（9.32±0.32）分，无痛分娩组分别为（262.94±82.14）mL、（9.14±0.26）分，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论无痛分娩镇痛效果好，但会延长产程，临床应根据产妇情况进行选取。%Objective To observe the natural labor and painless labor.Methods selected in Janurary 2014 to December 2014 ,422 cases of natural labor maternal (natural labor group), and selected the voluntary acceptance of painless childbirth the same period 68 cases of maternal (painless labor group), compared to two groups of delivery. Results The painless rate of natural labor group was 35.55%, the painless labor group was 60.29%, and the painless labor group was signifi cantly higher than that in natural labor group (P<0.05). The total labor process of natural labor group was (416.95±183.64) h, the total labor process of painless labor group was (536.29±188.29) h, and the natural labor group was shorter than that of painless labor group (P<0.05).Natural childbirth group of postpartum hemorrhage and Apgar score were( 244.86±71.73) ml, (9.32±0.32 )points; Painless Childbirth Group respectively (262.94±82.14) ml, (9.14±0.26) points, two groups of no signifi cant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Painless labor analgesia effect is good, but it will extend the labor process, clinical should be based on the maternal situation.
