考虑风电随机性和储能参与的配电网经济调度

         

摘要

在配电网中,评估随机风力发电和储能参与对其经济调度的影响是电力系统中的一个重要问题.本文对24 h以内,高风力发电和储能参与对使用配电系统径向运行的电网重构优化运行影响进行了分析,提出了一种随机混合整数线性规划(Stochastic Mixed-integer Linear programming, SMILP)模型,其必须满足负载和发电之间的平衡,以达到最大限度地减少运行期间的预期成本的目的.同时,该模型还考虑了以风力发电和传统发电,以及通过典型需求曲线表示的母线负载和通用存储为主的分布式发电.最后以具有70条母线的配网分配网络为案例进行了仿真分析,综合描述了随机风场和存储位置对配电网参数,变电站,功率损耗以及系统预计的成本的影响.%In the distribution network,assessing the impact of stochastic wind power generation and energy storage on its economic dispatch is an important issue in power system. In this paper,the influence of high wind power generation and energy storage participation on the optimal operation of grid reconfiguration using radial distribution of power distribution system is analyzed in this paper. A stochastic mixed-integer linear programming(SMILP)Model,which must satisfy the balance between load and power generation for the purpose of minimizing the expected cost of operation.At the same time, the model also considers distributed generation,mainly wind power and conventional generation,as well as bus loads and general storage represented by typical demand curves.Finally,the distribution network with 70 buses is simulated and analyzed. The impact of stochastic wind field and storage location on distribution network parameters,substation,power loss and system cost is described.
