电机式低压智能微型断路器控制系统设计

         

摘要

针对目前低压微型断路器不能远程分合闸的问题,设计了一种电机式智能微型断路器控制系统。介绍了设计该控制系统的必要性,提出了控制系统的整体设计方案和设计原理,对控制系统低功耗MCU设计、低功耗电源设计、状态反馈电路设计等关键技术进行了研究和实现,对系统的控制流程、状态检测及反馈流程进行了简要说明。功能验证试验表明,该智能微型断路器控制系统完全符合国内相关标准要求,能实现完整的分合闸控制和状态反馈功能,具有很强的应用价值和推广价值。%In view of the present problem that low voltage miniature circuit breaker can't remotely switch , we design a kind of intelligent motor type miniature circuit breaker control system .This paper introduces the necessity of designing the control system , and puts forward the overall design scheme and design principle of control system .We study and implement the system key techniques such as low power consumption MCU control design , low-consumption power supply design and state feedback circuit design , etc.and the control flow , state detection and feedback process of the system are briefly explained .Functional verification test shows that the control system of intelligent miniature circuit breaker completely conforms to the requirements of the domestic relevant standards , which can completely achieve the points switching control and state feedback functions , and has great application value and promotional value .
