电压型双向全桥DC-DC变换器的双重移相控制

         

摘要

针对双向全桥DC-DC变换器,为降低电流应力和回流功率,提高转换效率,提出了一种新的电压型双重移相控制方式.首先分析了双重移相控制原理,推导出内、外移相角与输出功率、电压的关系,深入分析了IGBT实现软开关的充要条件,在此基础上提出了在满足软开关的条件下,对于给定电压实现最小回流功率的双重移相控制策略,得出内、外移相角的计算方式.最后,借助Matlab仿真工具建立系统模型进行试验,试验结果表明了所提出的控制方法的正确性和有效性.%Aiming at bi-directional full-bridge DC-DC converter,in order to reduce current stress and backflow power,and improve the efficiency of the converter,a new control strategy of voltage-type dual-phase-shifting was proposed. The principle of dual-phase-shift control and the soft-switching condition of IGBT was analyzed,the relationship among phase angle,output power and output voltage was deduced.On this basis,a new control strategy for a given voltage to achieve minimum backflow power under the condition of the soft-switching was presented,and the method to calculate phase angle was deduced. At last,with the aid of Matlab simulation tools,system model was established and tested,the results of the tests show the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed control method.
