Investment and consumption are closed related to green economic growth. Firstly,this paper,based on revising the GK model,constructs GGK model. Secondly,it selects the statistical data of national economy in Liaoning province from 1989 to 2013,uses EViews software to analyze the stability and co-integration features of the data,then builds a non-linear multi-ple regression model to make the empirical test. The results show that the impact of investment and consumption on green eco-nomic growth in the province presents the trend of"increase-decrease-increase". Finally,the paper puts forth countermea-sures and suggestions to provide a theoretical basis for promoting green economic growth in Liaoning province.%投资和消费与绿色经济增长密切相关.首先,在GK模型的基础上进行了修正,构建了环境库兹涅兹曲线扩展模型(GGK模型);其次,选取1989-2013年辽宁省国民经济统计数据,运营EViews软件分析数据的平稳性和协整特征,构建了非线性多元回归模型并进行实证检验,结果显示投资和消费对辽宁省绿色经济增长的影响呈现"增—减—增"的趋势;最后,提出对策和建议,为推动辽宁省绿色经济增长提供理论依据.
