车厢边板的滚压成形工艺及滚压线设计

摘要

以X110型货车厢边帮为例，分析零件工艺性，介绍滚压成形工艺过程，强调在模具设计和制作中应注意的问题。设计由滚压、单体悬臂移动式TOX铆接和自动断料等工艺流程组成的滚压成形线可作为类似滚压工艺参考。%Taking side-board of X110 van as an example, the paper analyzesthe technology of workpieces and introduces the rolling forming process. Some problems noticed in design and manufacturing process are emphasized. Rolling lines are designed by rolling, moving TOX rivet of single cantilever and automatic cutting, which may be referred to similar rolling process.
