Some sheet metal whose length exceeds the bending tooling capacity can be manu-factured based on sectional forming where there are some problems such as line difficulties, poor forming,and stress concentration,however.In this paper,the process of segmental bending forming production was discussed.The finite element software was used to simulate and analyze the appearance quality and thickness variation of parts in the process of forming and after forming;The typical parts were verified by production and their appearance quali-ty and drawing performance were considered.The results indicate that the segmental ben-ding forming can meet the production requirements of specific parts and could be used as an alternative scheme in the part production with low appearance quality and low working load requirements.%某些长度超出弯曲工装工艺能力的板料,可以采用分段成形的工艺方法进行生产,但这种方法存在对线困难、成形不良和应力集中等问题.对分段成形生产的工艺过程进行了探讨,利用有限元软件模拟分析零件成形过程及成形后的外观质量和厚度的变化,对典型零件进行了生产验证,观察其外观质量并考量拉延性能.结果表明,分段成形能够符合特定零件的生产需要,在外观质量要求不高、工作载荷不大的零件生产中能够作为替代方案.
