JD-011浆料部分取代PVA的浆纱实践

摘要

To reduce cost and environmental pollution,increase product quality,JD-001 size mixture was used to replacing PVA partly on high density pure cotton plaid cloth and polyester cotton fabric. Sizing quality, weaving effect and sizing cost were contrasted in different size instructions. The practice shows that sizing operation can be simplified, loom efficiency can be improved, sizing cost and environmental pollution can be reduced through adopting JD-OOl size mixture to replace PVA partly.%为降低成本、提高产品质量、减少环境污染,在高密纯棉格子布和涤棉织物品种上应用JD-011浆料对PVA进行部分取代.对比了各种不同浆料配方情况下的浆纱质量、织造效果及用浆成本.实践结果表明:采用JD-011浆料部分取代PVA,可简便浆纱操作、提高织机效率、降低浆纱成本、减少环境污染.
