The effects of 1227,PBTCA and HEDP on biological activity (dehydrogenase) of sulfate-reducing bacteria in power plant circulating cooling system were studied by biochemical and electrochemical techniques.At the same time,the effects of SRB on corroison behavior of SRB for 316L stainless steel were studied.The results show that adding 1227 could inhibit microbial growth and alleviate some corrosion;adding PBTCA or HEDP could increase the content of SRB dehydrogenase,alleviate the microbial corrosion of 316L stainless steel.And inhibition effect of PBTCA was better than that of HEDP.%采用生物化学和电化学技术研究了发电厂循环冷却系统常用化学药剂1227、PBTCA和HEDP对硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)生物活性(脱氢酶)的影响;同时研究了在有添加剂的条件下,SRB对316L不锈钢生物腐蚀行为的影响.结果表明:添加1227能够较好地抑制微生物生长,具有一定的缓蚀性;添加PBTCA或HEDP在一定程度上会增加SRB的脱氢酶含量,总体上可以缓解316L不锈钢的微生物腐蚀,而且PBTCA的缓蚀效果好于HEDP的.
