不合理使用抗菌药致不良反应的分析与对策

摘要

目的：帮助医护人员了解抗菌药的不良反应，找出不合理使用的原因与对策，促进临床合理使用抗菌药物，保证患者用药安全、有效、合理。方法复习文献资料，找出不合理使用抗菌药的原因并进行分析，找出临床对策。结果不合理使用抗菌药引起的不良反应可以预防和控制，应重视患者用药过程中的临床监护。结论抗菌药不合理使用引起的药物不良反应应引起医护人员、患者及社会的高度重视。%Objective To help medical staff to understand the adverse reaction of antibiotics, ifnd out the reasons and countermeasures of unreasonable use, promote the clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents, to ensure the safety of patients.Method Finding out the unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs and analyze the reasons.Result Adverse reactions caused by the irrational use of antimicrobial drugs can be prevented.Conclusion We should pay attention to the clinical care of patients during the medication.
