颅骨钻孔外引流术结合参附对老年慢性硬膜下血肿的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the effect that drilling skull drainage integrated with Shenfu injection in the treatment of elderly chronic subdural hematoma. Methods 60 cases with chronic subdural hematoma from August 2008 to June 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, and 30 cases in each. Treatment group was treated with ShenFu injection;control group was given the conventional rehydration and prevention of infection treatment, the results were observed. Results There is observation group the incidence of postoperative hematoma residual 3.33%no pneumocephalus and hematoma recurrence, and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion It can decrease the complications and improve therapeutic effect that drilling skull drainage integrated with Shenfu injection in the treatment of elderly chronic subdural hematoma, worthy of clinical use.%目的：观察颅骨钻孔外引流术结合参附注射液治疗老年慢性硬膜下血肿的效果。方法本文选自2010年8月-2013年2月治疗的老年慢性硬膜下血肿患者60例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例，所有患者均采取钻孔外引流术，观察组患者手术后使用50 mL的参附注射液与250 mL的生理盐水，静脉滴注，1次/d，共7 d，对照组患者接受常规补液和预防感染等措施治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组术后血肿残留发生率3.33%，无颅内积气及血肿复发，发生率低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论颅骨钻孔外引流术结合参附注射液治疗老年慢性硬膜下血肿能够有效减少并发症，治疗效果良好，值得临床推广使用。
