目的：观察醒脑静注射液对老年患者全麻腹部手术术后谵妄的疗效。方法80例确诊为术后谵妄的患者随机分成醒脑静组（X组）和对照组（F组），每组40例，并对治疗前及用药后12 h、24 h、72 h进行Mini-Mental State(MMS)测式方法评定和谵妄发生时及用药后第1天S 100β蛋白的测定。结果两组在发生谵妄时MMS评分和S 100β蛋白的含量无显著差异(P>0.05)，X组治疗24 h后MMS评分明显高于治疗前，同时也明显高于F组（P<0.05）；F组治疗72 h后MMS较治疗前明显升高。同时，治疗24 h后X组S 100β蛋白明显低于F组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液可改善术后谵妄症状，可能与其有效抑制S 100β蛋白，保护脑细胞有关。%Objective To observe effects of Xingnaojing injection on postoperative delirium of old patients. Methods 80 patients suffering from postoperative delirium were randomly divided into Group X (which to be treated with Xingnaojing injection and Group F(which to be treated with haloperidol ). Every patients were diagnosed with Mini-Mental State(MMS), and MMS scores before treatment and subsequent 12, 24,72 hours were recorded. Meantime, level of protein S 100βwas measured. Results After treated with Xingnaojing injection 24 hours, MMS scores of Group X were increased obviously, while scores of Group C were stable until treated 72 hours later (P<0.05). Simultaneously, concentrations of protein S 100βof Group X were obviously lower than Group C after treated 24 hours (P<0.05). Conclusion Xingnaojing injection would improve brain function of postoperative delirium, which may be related to decreasing protein S 100βand then protecting brain cells.
