小儿肾积水肾功能损害检测探究

摘要

目的探讨小儿肾积水肾功能损害检测的方法与价值，探究病肾功能损害程度评定的客观指标与有效方法。方法回顾性分析湖南航天医院2010年1月-2012年4月收治的67例小儿肾积水患者的临床资料。结果在67例小儿肾积水患者中，病理分级为：I级4例，Ⅱ级19例，Ⅲ级9例，Ⅳ级19例，Ⅴ级16例。通过共同检测尿β2-MG/Cr、THP/Cr、Alb/Cr及IgG/Cr，准确、客观地评定病肾。结论病理组织学检测、尿蛋白检测、肾血流动力学检测、病肾组织MCP-1 mRNA表达检测等方法，是检测小儿肾积水肾功能损害的有效方法，在临床实践中应当根据患者病情综合运用，以提高小儿肾积水肾功能损害检测的准确性。%Objective To study the pediatric kidney seeper renal damage detection method and value, explore disease renal damage degree evaluation of objective indicators and effective method. Methods Retrospective analysis From January 2010 to April 2012, 67 pediatric patients were clinical data of patients with hydronephrosis. Results In 67 cases of pediatric kidney seeper patients, pathologic stage:I level 4 cases,Ⅱlevel 19 cases,Ⅲlevel 9 cases,Ⅳlevel 19 cases,Ⅴlevel 16 cases. Through the common testing urineβ2-MG/Cr, THP/Cr, Alb/Cr and IgG/Cr, accurately and objectively assess the kidney disease. Conclusion The disease histology detection, urine protein detection, renal hemodynamic detection, disease renal tissue MCP-1 mrna expression detection method, that is to test the pediatric kidney seeper renal impairment, and effective method in clinical practice shall, according to the patient, in order to improve the integrated use of pediatric kidney seeper renal damage detection accuracy.
