头孢他啶联合克林霉素治疗肺脓肿的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of ceftazidime combined with clindamycin treatment of lung abscess.Methods Collected in the hospital from October 2009 to October 2012 were treated 38 lung abscess patients' records, divided into 2 groups, including 22 cases in the treatment group, using of ceftazidime for injection 2.0g, add in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100mL, intravenous drip, q12h; Colin 0.9g clindamycin for injection added to 5% glucose injection 250mL, intravenous drip, q12h. The control group of 16 cases, using of ceftazidime for injection by 2.0g, adding 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100mL, intravenous drip, q12h; 0.2% metronidazole injection 250mL, intravenous drip, q12h. Treatment for 4weeks.Results Treatment group and the control group effective rate were 90.9%, 80%. Treatment group of body temperature returned to normal time 8 days, average hospitalization 26 days, white blood cell average time and neutrophil classification returned to normal time 18 days is all shortened obviously than the control group.Conclusion Ceftazidime combined with clindamycin treatment of lung abscess significant effect.%探讨头孢他啶联合克林霉素治疗肺脓肿临床疗效。方法选取2009年10月～2011年10月鹤煤总医院38例肺脓肿患者，随机分为2组。治疗组22例，采用头孢他啶2.0 g加入到0.9%氯化钠注射液100 mL静脉滴注，q 12 h；克林霉素粉针0.9 g加入到5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL静脉滴注,q 12 h。对照组16例，采用头孢他啶2.0 g加入到0.9%氯化钠注射液100 mL静脉滴注,q 12 h；0.2%甲硝唑注射液250 mL静脉滴注,q 12 h。2组疗程均为4周。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.9%和80%。治疗组体温恢复正常平均8d、平均住院天数26d、白细胞总数及中性粒细胞分类正常的平均时间18d均较对照组明显缩短。结论头孢他啶联合克林霉素治疗肺脓肿效果显著。
