丝裂原活化蛋白激酶MAPK信号通路与糖尿病心肌病关系的研究进展

         

摘要

糖尿病心肌病是导致糖尿病患者心血管疾病高发生率和高病死率的主要原因。由于糖尿病心肌病病因复杂,又具有独特的病理生理改变,故其确切的发病机制尚未完全阐明。目前研究认为,丝裂原活化蛋白激酶MAPK信号通路参与胰岛素抵抗、细胞应激、炎症、凋亡等代谢过程,是涉及了多级蛋白激酶的级联反应。本文总结了近年来关于MAPK信号通路与糖尿病心肌病的研究状况,旨在说明从阻断MAPK信号通路角度对糖尿病心肌病进行干预可以成为防治糖尿病心肌病的一个新途径。%Diabetic cardiomyopathy is the main reason of the high incidence and highmortality lead to cardiovascular disease in diabetic patients. Due to the complexetiology of diabetic cardiomyopathy, but also its own pathophysiologicalchanges, its exact pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. Current studies suggest that MAPK signaling pathways involved in insulin resistance, metabolic processes such as stress, inlfammation, apoptosis cells. It is involved in the cascade multilevel protein kinase. This paper summarized the research status about the MAPK signaling pathways and diabetic cardiomyopathyin recent years, aiming to illustrate interfering diabetic cardiomyopathyfrom the perspective of blocking the MAPK signaling pathway could become a new way of prevention and treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
