乙酰甲胆碱配制时间对支气管激发试验影响的研究

摘要

Objective Discussing the effect of Methacholine preparation time on bronchial provocation test.Methods Once a week or once every two weeks preparation of Methacholine solution was used in the bronchial provocation test. As the experimental group, once a week preparation of Methacholine solution was used in thefirst two weeks. As the control group, once every two weeks preparationof Methacholine solution was used in the second two weeks, and then compares the positive rate of bronchial provocation test of two groups.Results The positive rate of bronchial provocation tests of experimental group (52.1%) is significantly higher than the control group (31.2%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Once a week preparation of Methacholine solution can improve the positive rate, then the preparation method isworth promoting.%目的：探讨乙酰甲胆碱配制时间对支气管激发试验的影响。方法将每周配制1次与每2周配制1次的乙酰甲胆碱溶液分别应用于支气管激发试验，为时共4周，前2周采用每周配制1次的乙酰甲胆碱溶液，该组设为实验组(n=46)；后2周采用每2周配制1次的乙酰甲胆碱溶液，为对照组（n=48），比较2组支气管激发试验阳性率。结果实验组支气管激发试验阳性率（52.1%）明显高于对照组（31.2%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论与每2周配置1次的乙酰甲胆碱溶液相比，每周配制1次的乙酰甲胆碱溶液能提高检出阳性率，配制方法值得推广。
