城市社区老年健康保障设施规划设计浅析——西安老年使用者实态调查

By investigating the health conditions, health care requirements, aged care facilities in Xi'an city, this paper analyzes the problems in the aged care facilities in city communities and presents the contents of aged care system under the "home-based care" pattern, which will be helpful to the planning of city aged care facilities.%通过对西安市社区老年人口基本健康状况、社区老年人健康保障需求、老年健康保障设施实态调查,分析城市社区老年健康保障设施发展存在的问题,阐述构筑“在宅养老”模式下城市社区老年健康保障设施体系的内容,对做好城市老年人健康保障设施规划设计具有广泛的指导意义.
