前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤临床常见,相关的运动学和动力学评估有助于更加客观、全面地认识ACL损伤,并为诊断和治疗策略的选择提供可靠依据。随着现代测量技术的发展,ACL损伤运动学和动力学评估研究正从静态二维逐步过渡到动态三维阶段。该文综述基于光学捕捉原理和放射影像学原理的运动学评估、手动测试、机器人辅助分析及有限元分析技术的应用进展、现状及优缺点。%Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury is common in clinical practice, the relative evaluation of kinematics and dynamics is helpful to understand ACL injury more objectively and comprehensively, and to provide reliable references for the choice of diagnosis and treatment strategy. With the development of modern measurement techniques, assessment of kinematics and dynamics of ACL injury has improved from static and 2-dimensional to dynamic and 3 dimensional stages. In this paper, the development, current researches, advantages and disadvantages of the assessment methods based on optical capture and radiological principles, manual test, robot-assisted analysis and finite element analysis were reviewed.
