联合培养骨科实习生的病案书写和临床思维

Standardization of the medical record is one of the most important contents in the training of clinical skills in interns. The training of clinical thought is more or less about the training of clinical diagnostic method, it's a sort of thinking under certain clinical situation, and it favors to clinical decision-making. The contents of orthopedic medical record were emphasized in the training of medical record wiring.
