欠发达地区公立医院医务人员工作积极性影响因素分析

         

摘要

目的 了解欠发达地区公立医院医务人员工作积极性的影响因素.方法 采用分层抽样法抽取310名公立医院医务人员进行问卷调查,采用因子分析及Ordinal Logistic回归分析影响医务人员工作积极性的因素.结果 将激励符合性量表提取三个公因子,关系发展因子、生存因子、休闲因子,应用OrdinalLogistic模型进行分析,结果表明,影响医务人员积极性的主要因素有关系发展因子、休闲因子、医院等级.结论 落实医务人员休假制度,营造良好的关系氛围,创造合理的晋升空间,提升医务人员的积极性.%Objective:To explore the influencing factors of working enthusiasm among public hospital medical staff in underdeveloped areas.Methods:With the method of stratified sampling,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 310 public hospital medical staff.The influencing factors of working enthusiasm were analyzed using the method of factor analysis and Ordinal Logistic model.Results:From the 14 incentives,we extracted three common factors including relationship development,living,and leisure.After the analysis of Ordinal Logistic model,it showed that the main influencing factors of the enthusiasm were the relationship development,leisure and hospital grade.Conclusion:It should put medical staff member leave system into effect to create a good atmosphere for relationships,and provide a reasonable space for promotion to enhance the enthusiasm of medical staff.
