2种荧光定量PCR扩增仪检测结果的比较

摘要

Objective To approach the concordance of two fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments in detecting of HBV DNA. Methods Twenty samples were detected by two fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments at the same time, and the results were analyzed to see if there was any difference between the two results. Results The correlation analysis of two results from two fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments showed that significant correlation existed between them(r=0.96). Conclusion According to the analysis of the HBV DNA results of 20 random samples detected by two fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments, the two fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments are equal in detecting of HBV DNA.%目的:观察2种荧光定量PCR扩增仪测定乙肝病毒定量(HBV DNA)的结果是否一致.方法:用2台PCR扩增仪同时对20份标本进行检测,观察2台荧光定量PCR定量扩增仪对HBV DNA测定结果的差异.结果:对20份标本HBV DNA含量的对数值进行相关性分析,二者相关性良好(r=0.96).结论:通过2种荧光定量PCR扩增仪对20份随机样本的检测结果比较,2种仪器检测结果具有较好的一致性,可用于同时检测HBV DNA.
