消化道内窥镜诊断技术发展趋势与进展

摘要

阐述了近年来消化道内窥镜(以下简称“内镜”)诊断技术的研究进展.从组织表层、深层、细胞及肠道4个层次,介绍了该诊断技术的成像质量和水平、组织结构形态及诊断范围等内容,并对其未来研究方向进行了探讨分析.指出内镜检查是诊断早期消化道肿瘤的首选方法.扩大观察视角、提高成像清晰度和深度是内镜诊断技术主要攻克方向,对提高早期癌症检出率和准确率,延长患者生存年限,降低死亡率尤其关键.%The progress of gastrointestinal endoscopy was described,and its methodology and applicability were introduced from the levels of tissue surface,deep tissue,cell and intestinal tract as well as from the aspects of imaging quality,imaging level,pathological histology,diagnostic range and etc.Gastrointestinal endoscopy had its development trend discussed also,which was pointed out as the preferred way for early diagnoses of gastrointestinal cancers.Emphases were suggested to be put on viewing angle,imaging resolution and depth to enhance the detection rates and diagnosis accuracy of early cancers.
