aidA-aah基因及其编码的糖基化黏附素AIDA-I的研究进展

     

摘要

AIDA-I (adhesin involved in diffuse adherence ) is a nonfimbrial, 100 kDa bacterial surface protein first identi -fied from the human DAEC (diffusely adhering E. coli) isolate 2787 and later from porcine ETEC strains associated with ED -PWD . Two genes (aidA and aah) direct AIDA-I production and the adherence of DAEC depends on AIDA-I, F1845 and other adhesins . Regarding AIDA-I, great progresses have been achieved since its first isolation in 1989 . This minireview mainly focuses on its structure , function , receptor and the pathogenesis . The role of adherence of DAEC strain depends on AIDA-I (adhe-sin involved in diffuse adherence), F1845 and other adhesins. From AIDA-I first isolated in 1989 to date , there has been a lot of researches about the ADIA-I. The review will discussed structure , function, receptor and the pathogenesis of AIDA-I.%AIDA-I(adhesin involved in diffuse adherence) 是一个非粘附素细菌表面蛋白,分子量为100KDa, 先是在人体DAEC菌株2787分离鉴定,后来也发现在引起猪水肿病及断奶腹泻的产肠毒素大肠杆菌中存在.扩散粘附性大肠杆菌(DAEC)属于致腹泻的大肠杆菌,粘附作用的发挥主要依靠AIDA-I、F1845以及其他的粘附素,从1989年AIDA-I首次成功分离至今,有关ADIA-I的研究取得很大进展,本文从AIDA-I的结构、功能、受体以及致病机理方面对其概述.
