子宫内膜容受性相关标志物的研究进展

摘要

人类生殖过程中女性能否成功妊娠的两个重要因素包括胚胎质量和子宫内膜的容受性，其中胚胎质量原因占1/3，而子宫内膜的容受性原因占2/3。不孕与多种因素有关，近年来关于子宫内膜容受性导致的不孕已成为国内外生殖医学界争相研究的热点。该文主要从子宫内膜分子生物学方面综述影响子宫内膜容受性相关因素的最新研究进展。%In the process of human reproduction two important factors of successful pregnancy are embryonic quality and endometrial receptivity .The factor of embryo quality occupies one third , and endometrial receptivity occupies two thirds .Infertility is caused by many factors, and that caused by endometrial receptivity has been the focus both at home and abroad in recent years .This article reviewed the progress on related factors of endometrial receptivity from the aspect of uterus cell morphology and molecular biology .
