实时三维经食管超声心动图对二尖瓣脱垂瓣叶立体结构的定量研究

         

摘要

目的 探讨二尖瓣脱垂时二尖瓣叶的几何形态特征.方法 采用Philips iE33超声心动图仪,经食管三维探头X7-2t.应用实时三维经食管超声心动图对32例二尖瓣脱垂患者和32例二尖瓣正常的患者定量二尖瓣叶参数.结果 二尖瓣脱垂组的二尖瓣前叶、后叶的面积和长度,对合线长度均较正常对照组增大(P<0.05).两组间穹窿高度和容积,前叶、后叶与瓣环夹角、前叶与后叶夹角的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 实时三维经食管超声心动图能对二尖瓣叶的立体结构进行定量分析,为外科医师提供了二尖瓣脱垂瓣叶的立体结构数据.%Objective To evaluate the mitral leaflets geometry using real-time three-dimensional transesphageal echocardiography (RT3D TEE). Methods RT3D TEE was performed in 32 patients with mitral valve prolapse (MVP) and 32 patients with normal mitral leaflet. Results Area of anterior and posterior leaflet, length of anterior and posterior leaflet, length of coaptation in MVP group were significantly higher than those in normal control group. There were no statistic differences between the two groups of maximal tenting height, volume of the tent, angle of anterior and posterior leaflet, non-planar angle of leaflets. Conclusions The mitral leaflet geometry can be evaluated quantitatively by RT3D TEE.
