以栽培管理条件一致的‘巴厘'菠萝为试材,研究钾肥的不同处理对菠萝果实发育过程中糖分组成、含量以及蔗糖代谢相关酶活性的影响.结果表明,钾肥处理提高了菠萝果实内果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖含量.果实不同发育时期,不同处理对果实蔗糖代谢酶的变化具有不同影响,但总的变化趋势是一致的,均表现为随着果实的逐步成熟、糖逐渐积累,转化酶活性、蔗糖合成酶(SS)活性由低到高逐步上升,蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性先升高后降低.不同处理均增加了果实转化酶和蔗糖合成酶分解活性,降低了果实的蔗糖磷酸合成酶和蔗糖合成酶合成活性.其中以喷施K2SO4和土施K2S04混合使用对果实糖含量和相关酶活性的影响效果最好,其次为喷施K2SO4,土施的效果不明显.表明,在土施和喷施2种方法一起使用时,果实是通过改变4种酶的活力来提高库强度.果实库强度增加的同时,相应地促进了同化产物的运输.%In order to explore the mechanism of potassium effects on pineapple sugar metabolism and provide a scientific and rational fertilizer practice for pineapple planting, the effect of potassium on sugar and their correlative enzymes of pineapple were studied. Comte de paris pineapple was applied with K2SO4 by 4 different ways. The results indicated that potassium increased sucrose, fructose and glucose content of pineapple fruit.Different applications had different effect on enzymes related to sucrose metabolism in different developing stages.However, total sugar content, invertase, sueroso synthase and sucrose phosphate synthase activities showed a consistent variation tendency as the fruits mature. Different treatments increased invertase and sucrose synthase leavage activity, and reduced sucrose phosphate syhthase and sucrose synthase syhthesis activity. Foliage spraying K2S04 plus soil applying K2SO4 was more effective than the other two treatments. This implied that under K3 treatment fruit sink strength was increased by enhancing the activities of the four enzymes. With increased pineapple fruit sink strength, phytosynthate translocation was accelerated.
