秋冬季节加施蔗糖对红掌佛焰苞颜色的影响

摘要

以红掌盆花品种‘大哥大’(‘Dakota’)为试验材料,研究不同浓度蔗糖处理对与佛焰苞颜色相关的生理特征影响,旨在改善佛焰苞秋冬季节的品质,降低“绿耳”发生率.结果表明:加施蔗糖能有效提高佛焰苞的色相a*值和彩度C*值,降低“绿耳”发生率,促进可溶性蛋白与可溶性糖的积累,提高总花青素苷和总黄酮的含量,同时降低叶绿素含量.综合各项指标得出,秋冬季节对‘Dakota’加施蔗糖可改善佛焰苞“绿耳”现象,适宜的处理时间及浓度分别为:8、9月中旬,选择0.05 mol/L的蔗糖水溶液处理,9月下旬至12月底,应加大蔗糖浓度,选择0.15 mol/L蔗糖水溶液,效果最佳.%The influence of different concentrations of sucrose on the physiological characteristics associated with spathe color of Anthurium andraeanum Linden 'Dakota' was studied.
