花生果针细胞显微和亚显微结构特征

         

摘要

The cell structure changes in the development of the peanut gynophore under optical microscope and transmission electron microscope were studied. The results showed that the ovules were at the top of the gynophore and included in the the cortex and intercalary meristem. In gynophore longitudinal sections, the intercalary meristem had a "H" shape. This region was the site of cell division. 11~13 vascular bundles forming a ring around the center (pith) near the outer edge (cortex) could be observed in the gynophore in the same way vascular bundles of a dicotyledonous stem distributing. One to two layers of the parenchyma cells in the inner cortex adjacent to the vascular bundles contained large amounts of starch grains, which was distributed in the bottom of the cells and may contribute to gravitropic response of the peanut gynophore.%利用光学显微镜和透射电镜,对花生果针生长过程中细胞的显微和超显微结构进行观察.结果显示:花生受精的胚珠位于果针顶端,包被于皮层细胞和居间分生组织中,胚珠以下一段呈“H”状居间分生组织为果针细胞快速分裂区域;果针含11~13个维管束并围绕在皮层细胞和中心细胞髓之间,其排列方式与典型的双子叶植物茎相同;在皮层细胞的邻近维管束的最内1~2层薄壁细胞中含有大量淀粉粒,淀粉粒通常位于细胞的底部,可能与果针向地性相关.
