抗血小板药对急性脑梗死患者血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P、CD63表达的调控作用

         

摘要

目的 抗血小板药对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P(α颗粒膜糖蛋白)、CD63(溶酶体膜蛋白)表达的调控作用.方法 选取我院2014年6月至2015年6月70例ACI患者为研究对象,设为ACI组,另选取于我院体检的70例健康者为正常组;又将ACI患者抽签随机分为A组与B组,每组35例.A组给予氯吡格雷治疗,B组给予阿司匹林治疗.比较ACI组与正常组CD62P、CD63表达高低,记录A组与B组对CD62P、CD63表达的调控作用及血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、IL-6、IL-8水平.结果 ACI组血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P、CD63表达均高于正常组,有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗14 d后A组血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P、CD63表达水平分别为(7.08±3.25)%、(5.19±2.24)%,均低于B组(8.98±3.02)%、(6.99±2.16)%,有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后A组hs-CRP水平低于B组,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 ACI患者CD62P、CD63表达水平较高,抗血小板药物可降低CD62P、CD63表达水平,且氯吡格雷作用效果优于阿司匹林,氯吡格雷还可降低患者炎症水平.%Objective Regulatory effect of antiplatelet drugs on platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62P (α-granule membrane glycoprotein)and CD63 (lysosome membrance protein)expression in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 70 patients with ACI in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as ACI group,70 healthy examinees were selected as normal group;patients in acute cerebral infarction group were divided by random lot method into group A and group B,35 cases in each group.Group A was given clopidogrel,group B was given aspirin.CD62P and CD63 expression of ACI group and normal group were compared,regulatory effect of group A and group B on CD62P and CD63 expression,serum high-sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP),IL-6,IL-8 level were recorded.Results Platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62P and CD63 expression of ACI group were significantly higher than normal group (P <0.05).Platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62P and CD63 expression level of group A after 14 d of treatment were(7.08 ±3.25)%,(5.19 ±2.24)% respectively,which were significantly lower than group B[(8.98 ±3.02)%,(6.99 ± 2.16)%] (P < 0.05).After the treatment,hs-CRP level in group A was significantly lower than group B (P < 0.05).Conclusion CD62P,CD63 expression levels of patients with ACI are higher,antiplatelet drugs can reduce CD62P,CD63 expression levels,effect of clopidogrel is better than aspirin,clopidogrel can reduce inflammation levels of patients.
