手机视频教学在卒中后抑郁症状评估操作技能培训中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effect of mobile video teaching model in the training of post-stroke depression assessment. Methods 28 interns from Department of Neuropsychiatry and Clinical Psychology of Beijing Tian tan Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. During the training of post-stroke depression assessment, the traditional teaching method was used in control group, and the mobile video teaching was used in observation group. After 4 weeks of internship, the clinical skills test was conducted to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups, and a questionnaire survey was made in observation group. Results The score of observation group was much more higher than that of control group (92±3 vs 80±7, P=0.02). Conclusions In the clinical teaching process for interns, mobile video teaching can improve the teaching quality, promote the clinical operation skills of interns, and effectively motivate the learning initiative of interns.%目的 探索手机视频教学模式在卒中后抑郁症状评估操作技能培训中的教学效果.方法 以首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经精神与临床心理科28例实习医师作为教学对象,随机分成对照组和实验组.对照组在卒中后抑郁症状评估操作教学过程中使用传统教学法,而实验组使用手机视频教学法.实习4周结束后进行临床技能考试,对两组的教学效果进行评价,并对手机视频教学组进行问卷调查.结果 实验组平均考试成绩为(92±3)分,对照组平均考试成绩为(80±7)分,实验组成绩显著高于对照组(P=0.02).结论 手机视频能提高带教老师教学质量,有利于提升实习生的临床操作技能,有效激发实习医师学习主动性.
